Here is how I do my simple watercolors sketch/artwork.
I often start by selecting/making a sketch.
Then I redraw it on a thicker paper with a light blue pencil and a mechanical pencil.
I use only one brush, be sure to always have tissues ready. Also excuse my messy desk huu...
I start with areas that doesn't touch each other. here i started with the back ground and the skin.
Once those were dry I added hair colors and some shadows on the clothes.
After all the main color were done I used gold ink/watercolor to add effect on the clothes.
Cling, Cling~~!
And voila!
